The Marcella Suites, named after our mother, are beautiful, bright, and airy two-story units for up to three tenants. These suites were built with comfort and convenience in mind, with each tenant having their own bathroom and a spacious closet.
Whether you are looking for apartment rentals with your friends or by yourself, our units allow you to do either! Our Marcella Suites include:
- Two-story units for up to three tenants
- Stainless steel appliances
- In-unit laundry (full-sized washer/dryer)
- Air conditioning
- Internet, Directv, snow removal, trash pick up, and lawn care are included
- Rent for these student apartments varies depending on the unit available. Below are prices for the 2024/2025 school year:
- Single bedroom/bathroom: $610. Larger upstairs single bedroom/bathroom $650
- Larger upstairs shared bedroom/2 bathroom, with divider wall: $560/per person (Floor Plan M-2)
- Parking is available for purchase.
Please note that our student housing does not allow pets, smoking, or vaping in any units.
