Tours for 2024-2025 available apartments are now being scheduled. COME AND LIVE IN OUR BEAUTIFUL BUILDING, near Iowa State campus, at 412 Welch Avenue. The Stritz is our Frank Lloyd Wright "inspired" apartment building of 27 units. Choose from 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Bedrooms have keyed privacy locks. Internet and Direct TV Entertainment package are included. Tenants pay utilities.
Each unit has its own washer and dryer; full kitchen with porcelain tile flooring, stainless steel appliances including fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and disposal. Large windows, spacious living area, big closets.
Secured-entry building. Garbage pickup, lawn care and snow removal included.
No smoking. No pets. Parking in a numbered spot available for purchase at $35 per month payable by the semester.
