Come and live in our beautiful building near the Iowa State campus, at 412 Welch Avenue. The Stritz is our Frank Lloyd Wright "inspired" apartment building of 27 units. Choose from 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Bedrooms have keyed privacy locks. Internet is included. Tenants pay utilities.
Each unit has its own washer and dryer; full kitchen with porcelain tile flooring, stainless steel appliances including fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and disposal. Large windows, spacious living area, big closets.
Secured-entry building. Garbage pickup, lawn care and snow removal included.
No smoking. No pets. Parking in a numbered spot available for purchase at $45 per month payable by the semester.
